I did not receive the Trial Activation e-mail. What can I do?
It could be that the Trial Activation e-mail got stuck in the Spam filter of your e-mail provider. Please check your 'SPAM' or 'JUNK' folder for the SendYourFiles activation e-mail.
If you still weren’t able to find the Trial Activation e-mail, please let us know the e-mail address you used to create the Trial and we will activate your account for you.
