In my active processes list I see a process named "OESYFplugin.exe", what does that do?
OESYFplugin.exe is the Outlook plug-in used to communicate with another process, ‘TransferAgent.exe’. This process is represented by the SendYourFiles envelope in your Windows tray bar.
TransferAgent.exe is the process used for sending your files to our servers.
In order for your files to resume automatically, both OESYFplugin.exe and TransferAgent.exe need to be running.
Note that SendYourFiles software contains no spyware and no adware.
